Each year, Houzz awards the Best of Houzz badges to prestigious professionals whose work was among the most popular within the Houzz community.
Houzz has more than 40 million monthly unique users that make up the Houzz community, and within this community, there are 2.1 million active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.
The Best of Houzz badge is awarded yearly in these three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography.
The Houzz Best of Design Award is given to residential custom home builders whose work has been liked and saved by Houzz users worldwide.
Since 2014, the Houzz community has recognized Aspire Fine Homes as the premier custom home builder in Houston.
We enjoy building our luxury homes in some of Houston’s most luxurious neighborhoods, such as the Heights, Memorial West and Spring Valley.

For 2020, we have two new award winners and three repeat award recipients!
In 2020, Best of Houzz Design Exterior, Houston, TX, was for our very popular Acadian Southern styled home. This French-influenced home features gabled roofs, dormer windows and a large front porch.
Next, we have 2020 Best of Houzz Dining Room, Houston, TX. This farmhouse inspired dining room is accented with amazing sunlight and wood plank flooring. This home has many high-end features throughout.
And for our three repeat winners, we have our luxurious 2020 Best of Houzz Design Bathroom, Porch, and Living Room for the Houston area.
This transitional style bathroom has won numerous awards and has been featured in various social media post of well-respected home design influencers.
This bathroom has many luxurious features: double vanities, enclosed glass shower, tiled backsplash and plank flooring.
For our 4th award, we are honored that our Living Room was selected as a Best of Houzz Design for Houston, Texas, for the 2nd year in a row. This room exudes a welcoming feel with the fireplace, custom built bookcase and comfortable seating.
And finally, we were honored that one of our welcoming verandas were awarded 2020 Best in Houzz Design Porch in Houston and was a repeat winner! The gas lantern offers a magical touch on those warm summer evenings, and the working shutters can help keep the storms at bay.
Several of these rooms have received other prestigious awards, like the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) or Texas Association of Builders (TAB) awards, or have been featured in many well-known publications in Houston, such as The Metropolitan Builder, Greater Houston Edition.
